World Vegetarian Day

Peanut butter and banana sandwich with some blueberries

I just found out that today, October 1, is World Vegetarian Day! It has been 1 year and 9 months since my husband and I became vegetarians and the journey has been great so far. We’re really fortunate that there are a lot of plant-based products that are available here in Denver, Colorado as well as fastfood chains that serve plant-based meals. It’s totally good to have them around even if we’re doing our best to cook every week (the takeouts are really handy during busy/lazy days!). We’ll be adding more plant-based brands to our resources page so don’t forget to check that every now and then.

By the way, just in case you missed the previous post, I already setup the Be Meatless Youtube Channel. My goal is for the channel to complement the contents that I share on this blog. I already uploaded few videos there and I hope you can check them out! I’m working on my time management right now so I can efficiently post contents on this blog and on the channel. It would be great to get some support to both specially if you’re embarking the meatless journey, too!

Anyway, I’ll keep this short and don’t forget to subscribe to our email list to be updated on future posts. Have a great day and Happy World Vegetarian Day!
